Acceptance of Terms

By using Cardly, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Avoid abusive, harmful, or illegal behavior
  • Keep your account credentials secure

Paid Plans & Subscriptions

Cardly offers paid subscription plans that provide access to additional features. Pricing, billing frequency, and available plans are shown at the time of purchase.

Billing & Payments

Website payments are processed through Polar. Purchases made in the iOS app are processed by Apple and validated through RevenueCat. Cardly does not store or have access to your full payment details.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before renewal. You are responsible for managing and canceling your subscription if you no longer wish to be billed.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by the payment provider used for the purchase and are subject to that provider's policies and applicable law. Apple purchases and refund requests are managed through Apple.

Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Changes may take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle depending on the plan.

API Usage

The Cardly API key or data may not be directly shared

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. If your account is terminated, access to paid features may end without refund.

Disclaimer

Cardly is intended for organizing and tracking Pokémon card collections. We are not responsible for card values, market changes, transactions, or losses.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Cardly after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
